RIC II, Part 1² Vespasian 1427.
Magnificent Denarius, virtually as struck, almost Mint state / FDC. Despite the slight weak strike on the portrait's wreath, which is also present at the bottom of the reverse's wreath, and the off-centering of the obverse which has affected the legend, the preservation of the engravings is excellent. Pleasant golden tones can also be seen around the reverse designs, whose simplicity and yet highly detailed aesthetic is very appealing.
