The NumisPlace wishes to gather selected dealers on one platform and let them offer their best inventory for sale. The NumisPlace acts as a bridge between collectors and sellers.

Offers

You are welcome to place an offer for a coin at any time. Once placed, your offer will be handed over to the seller. If your offer is accepted, the item will be available for you at the agreed price for the next 12 hours. After this delay, the offer will be void. If your offer has been refused, you may, of course, place a higher offer on the item at any time.

Registration

Your registration is a commitment to a fair and serious numismatic marketplace. As a registered user, you may see the sales prices, follow any category of coins that are of interest to you as well as your favourite dealer. By doing so, you will always be kept informed when new coins in those categories become available. Your registration will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.

Orders

Once ordered, you will receive an invoice by e-mail showing the item and the costs of shipping. The invoice informs you about the sellers’ bank details and does not charge you in any way.

Payment - options

Please note that the system creates only invoices for payment by bank transfer. For all other payment options such as payment by credit card, PayPal, etc. please contact the seller directly for the transaction. The NumisPlace is not involved in these transactions.

Delivery

The delivery costs, terms and options are determined by the seller and are visible during the ordering process and on the invoice you received by e-mail. Please contact the seller directly if you have any questions or special requests. The seller’s e-mail and phone number can be found on our website under the relevant dealer.

Follow / Wishlist

Once marked you will be informed right away about new items on the site matching your criteria. Activating the tools is very easy and you may follow a coin (click on the star symbol), a category or/and a dealer (click on FOLLOW).

The NumisClub membership

The NumisClub membership offers collectors to enjoy early bird advantages. These advantages are based on the “early bird” system traditionally used in most of the coin fairs. A membership is valid for one year and will not be automatically renewed.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be informed weekly about new coins for sale or interesting fields of collection. You may unsubscribe at any time.
