This coin is a magnificent example of imperial iconography from the time of Trajan, with the inscription "Optimo Principi" which could be translated as "the best prince" / "the best of princes". This is accompanied by a depiction of "Genius"/"Bonus Eventus", a personification of success, and here we mean the success of what Prince Trajan undertook, pushing the borders of the empire to their greatest extent.
