Obverse: diademed head of the deified Alexander to the right, with horns of Ammon //
Reverse: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ; Athena Nikephoros seated left, arm resting on shield, behind: spear; to inner left: race torch, to outer right: cornucopiae.

The present coin combines the inner-left torch of Thompson 187, likely the primary control mark, with the outer-right cornucopiae (almost completely off-flan) of Thompson 189, likely the secondary control mark. For the obverse die coupled with Thompson 189, see CNG 495, 57.
