Obverse: IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG. Laureate and cuirassed bust of Macrinus to right // Reverse: FELICITAS TEMPORVM. Felicitas standing front, head to left, holding long caduceus in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left.
