Obverse: ЄD : PO : GnS : RЄG ΛnGL : PnS : ΛQVT (Ss retrograde, double rose stops), Edward wearing rose wreath, standing facing, holding sword up in right hand and raising left hand; at feet, two leopards couchant; to left and right, two ostrich feathers with tips curved inward; all within ornate Gothic portico //
Reverse: + DnS : ΛIVTO : Z : PTCCTO : mЄ : Z : IIPO : SPΛIT : COR : mЄVm R, ornate cross quernée with rose in center, lion passant and lis in opposite quarters; all within arched quatrefoil set on quadrate frame with roses in angles; pelleted trilobes in external voids.
